Compared to last year's assessment, the overall level of accessibility has improved, demonstrating San Benedetto's commitment to facilitating the user experience for all its customers.
The following content is not accessible for the following reason(s):

• Criteria: 9.1.1.1
  Some pages contain images with unclear or redundant alternative text.
• Criteria: 9.1.2.2
  Some of the pre-recorded videos on the site do not include synchronised subtitles.
• Criteria: 9.1.2.3
  Not all videos on the site have a text alternative that expresses the content of the video.
• Criteria: 9.1.4.3
  There are rare cases where the colour of paragraphs against the background does not meet the 4.5:1 standard.

  When text is scaled up to 200%, there are rare cases where the readability of limited parts of the text is compromised.

  Some text included in images or graphics is not provided in alternative text format.

Finally, it should be noted that some PDF documents downloadable from the site are partially readable for screen reader users, because they lack hierarchical structure (table of contents, headings, internal links) and textual alternatives.
